Simon Millard spent more than 30 years in corporate life across Asia, enjoying the success and lifestyle that often comes with it. Over time the weight crept on, his health deteriorated, and despite countless diets and promises to “sort it out soon”, nothing ever truly changed.

By 2024 his health had reached a crisis point. During a weight loss programme in Chiang Mai, Simon suffered a cardiac arrest while exercising and was clinically dead for twelve minutes before being revived. After seven weeks in hospital and major heart surgery, he had to relearn how to walk and rebuild his life from the ground up.

Today Simon has lost 54kg, cycles up to 65km, hikes, swims, and lives a far more active life than he has in decades. The Blueprint programme was born from that journey, combining the lessons, medical guidance, and support that helped him reclaim his health.

Simon created The Blueprint to help others avoid the same fate and rediscover the energy, confidence, and freedom that comes with taking control of your health.

Obe is a wellness mentor, fitness leader, and outdoor performance advocate whose journey into health and personal transformation began with overcoming challenges in his own life.

In 2017, he set himself the goal of summiting Mount Fuji, a challenge he once believed was beyond his capabilities. What began as a personal test of resilience became a turning point that reshaped his outlook on health, wellbeing, and human potential. Since then, Mooksan has dedicated himself to helping others push beyond their own perceived limitations through movement, mindset, discipline, and connection with nature.

Over the past several years, he has worked closely with individuals across Thailand to support weight loss, fitness development, personal confidence, and mental resilience through structured wellness and outdoor-focused programmes.

At The Blueprint, Mooksan brings a combination of real-world experience, motivational leadership, and practical wellness guidance, helping clients rediscover both physical capability and inner strength.
